We set up Baby Barrister 5 years ago, with the combined goal of making use of the vast talent pool at the junior bar and offering our clients a recruitment tool unparalleled in both flexibility and quality. 

 

Over the years our services have expanded to include both practising barristers and solicitors and we now offer dedicated services for both. We have continued to be market leaders in our innovative use of bar graduate paralegals, which still forms the core of our business and is focussed around contingency project work.
